Contact enquiries

When you submit the contact form, we process your name, email address, organisation, message, language, and consent to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, arrange a demo or next steps.

The legal basis is your consent and, where applicable, steps taken before entering into a contract. You may withdraw consent at any time for future processing.

Optional website analytics

Only with your consent, we use PostHog EU Cloud to count limited page views, demo-booking opens, and successful form submissions. We do not send names, email addresses, organisations, messages, or form contents to PostHog, and we do not use session recording or person profiles.

PostHog does not store an identifier in your browser for this analytics setup. Only your analytics choice is stored locally.

Retention and recipients

Enquiries without an active opportunity are normally deleted 12 months after the last meaningful interaction. Active opportunities are kept while discussions remain active; lost or declined opportunities are normally deleted after 24 months. Legal duties, claims, or a minimal suppression record may require different retention.

Technical service providers may process data on our instructions where necessary for hosting, form delivery, enquiry management, and analytics you have allowed. These providers include Vercel, Attio, and PostHog EU Cloud.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability and object to processing where the applicable legal conditions are met. You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority.
